At Domin Pizza, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Domin Pizza is a local pickup-only store, and we do not offer shipping or delivery for orders placed through our website.

All orders must be collected from our store at:

Customers will receive information regarding when their order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of picking up their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging when reasonably possible.

Please contact us at support@dominpizza.com before returning any product so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product at pickup, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dominpizza.com. We may request photographs or other information to help us review the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly provided, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, damaged after pickup, altered, or returned without their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Certain products may also be non-returnable where applicable for hygiene, safety, or other legitimate reasons.

Domin Pizza does not provide shipping or delivery services for website orders. All purchases are for in-store pickup only at our Rockford, Illinois location.
